Figure 10: CBD oil containing aerosol exposure results in increases in detoxifying and redox stress proteins in the airway epithelial lining fluid.

Figure 10:

The proteins (A) glutathione S-transferase P1 (GSTP1), (B) superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1), and (C) selenium binding protein 1 (SELENBP1) showed significant increases after CBD oil aerosol the 2 day exposure. Total precursor intensities in each panel are the sums of precursor peptide ion intensities for a given protein, used to assess the presented protein abundances. The mean and SEM values are indicated by major and minor horizontal bars, respectively. Statistical significance was determined by Friedman’s nonparametric test and Dunn’s multiple comparison analysis, and the p-value is indicated by ** ≤ 0.01, *** ≤ 0.005.
