The RTCSCineMoCo acquisition and reconstruction workflow consists of the following steps: (I) acquiring real-time cine data over multiple heartbeats; (II) normalizing each acquired heartbeat into a protocol-defined number of cardiac phases; (III) reconstructing real-time cine frames via compressed sensing reconstruction; (IV) ranking the acquired heartbeats by detected respiratory motion and presence of arrhythmia; (V) selecting a subset of heartbeats based on ranking; (VI) registering the selected heartbeats to the top ranked reference heartbeat via non-rigid registration; (VII) computing the average of the registered heartbeats as the output. ECG, electrocardiogram; CS, compressed sensing.
