(A) Glomerular prostaglandin enzymes including prostamide/prostaglandin F synthase (PRXL2B), prostaglandin-H2 D-isomerase (PTGDS), prostaglandin E synthase 2 (PTGES2), prostaglandin E synthase 3 (PTGES3), prostaglandin F2 receptor negative regulator (PTGFRN), prostaglandin reductase 1 (PTGR1), prostaglandin G/H synthase 1 (PTGS1), and prostaglandin reductase 3 (ZADH2) are downregulated in the participant glomeruli compared to the controls.
