Coefficient was obtained from MaAslin2 output and only those significantly altered taxa were presented (original p < 0.05 with qval < 0.15). Positive coefficient value represented viral taxa enriched at 6-week or 6-month, while negative coefficient value represented viral taxa enriched at baseline.
