SUN4 deficiency affects SUN1, but not lamin B3, lamin B1 or LAP2 distribution. Testis paraffin sections of adult Sun4^+/+ and Sun4^−/− mice were co-immunofluorescence labeled with antibodies against (A,A′) lamin B1 (green) and SUN1 or (B,B′) SUN3 (red), (C,C′) LAP2 (green) and SUN3 (red) and (D,D′) lamin B3 (green) and SUN3 (red).
