SUN4 deficiency affects SUN1, but not lamin B3, lamin B1 or LAP2 distribution. Testis paraffin sections of adult Sun4+/+ and Sun4−/− mice were co-immunofluorescence labeled with antibodies against (A,A′) lamin B1 (green) and SUN1 or (B,B′) SUN3 (red), (C,C′) LAP2 (green) and SUN3 (red) and (D,D′) lamin B3 (green) and SUN3 (red). DNA was stained with Hoechst 33258 (blue). Shown are images of round and early elongating spermatids. Scale bars: 5 µm.
