Comparative analyses between several types of MSCs. MSC have multiple sources of origin such as bone marrow, adipose tissue, umbilical cord, dental pulp, and peripheral blood. Each source has varying level of accessibility and isolation method. Moreover, depending on the source of MSC, differences in proliferation capacity, differentiation potentials, immunogenicity, and immunoregulation are observed. Comparison was based from the most current studies on MSC.
