Damaged lysosomes have either faint NUC-1::CHERRY fluorescence with GFP::Gal3 labeling (purple arrowheads) or without GFP::Gal3 labeling (white arrowheads), or strong GFP::Gal3 fluorescence with undetectable NUC-1::CHERRY (blue arrowheads).
