Time course of LS mean change in LogMAR BCVA from baseline to 1.5 years for first-affected and second-affected/not-yet-affected eyes—estimated by ANCOVA model (ITT population). An ANCOVA model (considering both eyes of each patient) was used to model the change from baseline to time point of interest for LogMAR BCVA, using baseline LogMAR as covariate and treatment as fixed effect.
