The limit of image resolution, assuming ≥3 pixel sampling, is ~16.5 cm, so the overturn at small sizes is real and not an observational bias (Pajola et al. 2015). The distribution is not well described by a single power law (shown here as a red dot-dashed line with a slope of −1.65).
