Simulated “space conditions” using simulated microgravity combined with X-irradiation did not influence repair of DNA double strand breaks. The number of γH2AX foci per cell of unirradiated (A) or X-irradiated (2 Gy) (B) astrocytes exposed after irradiation to either simulated microgravity (sim μg) by fast 2D clinorotation at 60 rpm or at normal 1g gravity conditions. The samples were compared via two-way-ANOVA (n = 3, p < 0.05). Data are shown as represent mean ± SD.
