Fig. 3 — The geographic location of outbreaks. We screened the set of articles and excluded data regarding strain relatedness based on the assumption that no more than 12 SNPs separate strains involved in outbreaks. We counted the number of outbreaks reported for each country. We found outbreaks were reported by high and low-incidence countries
