Here, we choose $\alpha =\text{factor}\times {\alpha }_{\max }$, where ${\alpha }_{\max }$ is specified by (19) in the paper. We note that all the curves roughly decay with $m$ with a $1/m$ decay rate. As $\alpha \to 0$ or equivalently low values of factor, the curves approach $1/m$.
