Nanocarrier drug conjugates showed significant amoebicidal effects against Balamuthia mandrillaris and Naegleria fowleri. Significant antiamoebic effects of the majority of compounds against B. mandrillaris (a) and N. fowleri (b) were observed after a 24 h incubation period.
