Note that when the head is tilted forward or backwards, and the stimuli are delivered in the earth horizontal plane, the horizontal head velocity sensor underestimates the true horizontal head rotation velocity by the cosine of the misalignment angle. In this case it will be underestimated by about 10% (cos 25° = 0.906).
