Note: NSCLC, non-small cell lung cancer. For determining the patterns of distribution, 26 relevant cell phenotypes with densities >2 cell/mm2 were considered in the analysis according to NSCLC and histologic types, totalizing 78 results. In addition, the data was used to correlate with clinicopathologic variables.
aA score of −10 to 10 indicates a mixed pattern, and a score >10 indicates an unmixed pattern.
† P-values indicate comparison between adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma using Kruskal-Wallis test and un-adjusted P-values.
