PA gels are cast using an array of coverglass to sandwich polymerization solutions within a multiwell plate, followed by ligand conjugation and sterilization. B) Measurement of substrate elastic modulus. Acrylamide: bisacrylamide content was chosen to target a broad physiologically relevant stiffness range.
