Relative cleaved PARP was normalized to total PARP. (C) Enzyme activity of for calpain (left) and caspase 3/7 (right) in H82 cells. Calpain activity was measured with a fluorometric assay and caspase activity was measured with a luminometric assay that measures the activity of both caspase 3 and caspase 7. Results are expressed as a fold change relative to untreated H82 cells. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001 for comparison with the control group.
