Eucalyptus Eos’ inhibition of NOx production. The J774A.1 macrophages were pretreated with the EOs (10 µg mL⁻¹ dissolved in DMSO) for 1 h before being stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL) and INFγ (20 ng mL⁻¹). NO levels were measured in the cell culture medium after 24 h by the Greiss reaction.
