Initial load of B. cereus, B. subtilis, S. aureus, S. epidermidis, E. aerogenes, S. marcescens, C. tropicalis, L. elongisporus, A. aculeatus and P. citrinum were 7.0, 7.2, 7.8, 8.3, 8.4, 8.3, 6.4, 6.4, 6.3 and 6.4 log CFU/mL, respectively.
