Influence of celecoxib on cell outgrowth and migration from spheroids of SAN cells. Single spheroids, placed into individual wells of a 24-well adhesion plate, were treated with vehicle alone (0.5% (v/v) DMSO) or with increasing concentrations of celecoxib (40, 80 or 100 µM).
