BAK-mediated cytokine transcription levels were significantly increased in the late stage of JEV proliferation. (A) JEV-infected normal cells and BAK.KD cells were collected, the total RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed into cDNA, and the expression of the intracellular E gene was measured at 24 and 48 h. (B) Normal cells and BAK.KD cells were also quantitatively determined by the fluorescence quantitative determination of JEV-induced changes in the transcriptional levels of inflammatory cytokine genes, with GAPDH as the reference gene.
