Anomaly of the origin of the left main coronary artery arising from the right anterior sinus. (a) CCTA volume rendered 3D images show the vascular tree anatomy, in which an origin anomaly is present. The left main coronary artery arises from the right sinus immediately above the right coronary artery with an anomalous course anteriorly to the left pulmonary artery towards the anterior interventricular sulcus, where it forms the anterior interventricular and circumflex arteries. The right coronary artery is well developed, with increased dimensions and the presence of a well-developed marginal branch and collateral circulation.
