Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) of ZV1 glycovariants. ADCC assay was performed by incubation of NK cells with ZIKV-infected Vero cells (A) or uninfected Vero cells (B) at the E:T ratio of 5:1 in the presence of indicated mAb glycovariants or a human IgG isotype negative control (hIgG).
