Cell tropism in canine distemper virus (CDV)-infected canine precision-cut lung slices (PCLSs) at day 6 postinfection. CDV antigen was detected in bronchial epithelial cells (A), alveolar macrophages (B), bronchial glands (C), and alveolar epithelial cells (D).
