Effects of CSL on agonist-induced platelet aggregation. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) was preincubated for 5 min with different concentrations of CSL, Riva, or the vehicle. Platelet aggregation was initiated with ADP ((A) 10 μM), U46619 ((B) 6 μM), collagen ((C) 1 µg/mL), or thrombin ((D) 3 U/mL), and platelet aggregation was recorded using an aggregometer.
