In the first lane, the activity of the commercial enzyme (bovine SOD-2) is observed, which is necessary to quantify the activity of the enzyme. The results are shown in plot boxes and whiskers in percentiles 75, 25, the median and the bridged midline, as well as outliers, since the sample size is small and is not normally distributed.
