Impact of ovarian hormones loss on diabetic phenotype, SBP and soluble prorenin receptor (sPRR) components, tissue weights, and plasma estradiol. Aortic reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was not impacted by HFD (O). Heart and kidneys were increased in OVX-HFD (P), and no changes were observed in liver and pancreas weight (Q).
