Similarly, patient with intratumoural bleed (arrow) had to undergo embolisation for hemodynamic stability (e) and PCN (arrow in f) was done for urinary diversion in patient with hydronephrosis (same patient as in Figure 1b) before chemotherapy in order to improve the renal function status. On the other hand, post radiation rectovaginal fistula in a female with carcinoma cervix (arrow in g) was kept under close surveillance with conservative approach.
