The settlement of clavicular head of SCM. (A) The clavicular and sternal head of sternocleidomastoid muscle (CHSCM and SHSCM) were exposed. (B) The space between CHSCM and SHSCM was created, and then the retractor was placed under the SHSCM (white line); (C) The working space was maintained by the retractor, and then deep cervical fascia was revealed and the settlement of CHSCM was done.
