Subcluster analyses of APEAL reveal four interconnected subnetworks (center). The four networks were as follows: proteins related to RNA metabolism; signal attenuation, translation and metabolism; vesicle trafficking and actin remodeling. Heatmaps depict the abundance of selected proteins from the four subnetworks. Notably, the AP step in the “purple” heatmap did not lead to the identification of RNA metabolism proteins.
