Hormone-stimulated lipolysis in white adipocytes (untreated) and NRBC-pretreated cells. After 7d pretreatment with vehicle (untreated) or NRBC, adipocytes were exposed for 4 hours to receptor agonists in KRB buffer. Supernatants were removed for measurement of glycerol.
