A) The joint residence of NL-Gal3 was significantly longer than the joint residence of unconjugated NL in both MCLT+MMT operated and contralateral joints (p<0.0001, linear mixed effects model). Data are presented as mean + 95% confidence interval. B) Post-mortem analysis of luminescence at 4 weeks after injection demonstrated the presence of NL-Gal3 on the femur, patella/fat pad, meniscus, and tibia of MCLT+MMT operated and contralateral joints. Unconjugated NL was not found.
