IL-4, IL-12, and IFN-γ production by CLN cells stimulated in vitro. CLN cells from infected mice were stimulated with C. albicans antigen for 3 days, after which time the culture supernatants were assayed for cytokines by ELISA. Time zero represents uninfected mice.
