Effect of treatment with an anti-IL-4 MAb on resistance to acute infection with C. albicans. BALB/c mice were injected i.p. with 30 μg of rat anti-IL-4 or with purified rat IgG1 matched isotype on days 1, 3, and 5 after challenge with yeast cells.
