Representative images of day 1, day 3, and day 7 were shown (a). The histograms indicate the percentages of COV2-NP (upper) or p16INK4a (lower) expressing cells. These cells were also subjected to RT-qPCR for virus induce cytokines and SASP factor (b). For all graphs, error bars indicate mean ± standard deviation (s.d.) of biological triplicate. Statistical significance was determined with two-way ANOVA followed by sidak’s multiple comparison test in (a) and (b).
