CSF tau measures for the BioFINDER-2 cohort

Continuous values are presented as the median with the IQR. The significance of differences by tau PET status for the Braak I–IV region was evaluated with Wilcoxon’s rank-sum tests for continuous variables and χ² or Fisher’s exact test for categorical variables. The cut-off for tau PET positivity was set at SUVR > 1.32 for the Braak I–IV region. The fold difference is the median biomarker value in the tau PET-positive group divided by the median value in the tau PET-negative group. All tests were two sided and not adjusted for multiple comparisons.
