KRAS mutation in PDAC fatty acids metabolic reprogramming. KRAS mutation could alter lipid metabolism and promote the proliferation of PDAC cells by regulating STAT3/FGL1, FGF21, HSL. In addition, Autophagy-dependent PDAC cells releasing exosome, which contains KRAS ^G12D, can promote fatty acid oxidation by STAT3 in M2 macrophage.
