(b) Angiography of the left thyrocervical trunk showing a faint enhancement of the pseudoaneurysm (arrowhead) of the transverse cervical artery (arrow). Note that the diagnostic catheter is advanced from the left upper limb. (c) After coil embolization of the transverse cervical artery, angiography shows no enhancement of the pseudoaneurysm.
