Outcomes | The primary outcomes are youth QOL and functioning in typical life activities. Secondary outcomes are disease outcomes, including disease severity and clinical outcomes (hospital admissions, clinic appointments, missed appointments, procedures). Mentor and parent QOL will also be assessed as secondary outcomes |
