Image processing pipeline: the pre-processed rs-fMR images were registered to the MNI standard space, where the Brainnetome regions of interest (ROIs) were defined. The time series of each ROI was extracted and the Pearson’s correlation between each pair of ROIs was calculated to generate one functional connectivity (FC) matrix per subject, at different thresholds. The same procedure was followed for the whole brain and the olfactory subnetwork.
