Progressive and rather profound osteopenia involving the carpal bones with erosive changes involving the distal radial articular surface with narrowing of the intercarpal joints. The differential includes an erosive arthropathy, possible infective arthritis and/or complex regional pain syndrome. I favor the latter given the history of prior trauma and the imaging findings. No fractures are appreciated.
