(A) Full length (lane 1), N-terminal fragment (lane 2), and C-terminal fragment (lane 3) of rmHSP70 were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. (B) Western blotting analysis of epitope specificities of mHSP70. Full length (lanes 1 and 4), N-terminal region (lanes 2 and 5), and C-terminal region (lanes 3 and 6) were separated by SDS-PAGE and then transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes. The membranes were probed with the sera of T. gondii-infected B6 mice (lanes 1 to 3) and anti-TgHSP70 MAb TgCR 18 (lanes 4 to 6). The data are representative of three independent experiments.
