This patient's DAVF might have appeared as a result of infection and craniotomy. Additionally, the DAVF might have progressed due to venous congestion due to venous thrombosis of the straight sinus and the patient's chronic hypoxemic condition with Down syndrome and Eisenmenger syndrome.
