The association of the presence of each of the 49 long coronavirus disease (COVID) symptoms at 90+ days after acute COVID-19 illness onset with SARS-CoV-2 RNA clearance from the upper respiratory tract (URT, mid-turbinate nasal and/or saliva) within 28 days from acute COVID-19 onset was tested without adjustment using log-binomial regression analyses.
