Effect of MAb 4E9 on C. parvum infection of and attachment to Caco-2A cells. Oocysts (A) or sporozoites (B) were preincubated with increasing concentrations of 4E9 or control IgM and allowed to infect (A) or attach to (B) Caco-2A cells.
