Table 1.

Experiments carried out according to the experimental design. The composition variables were carvacrol (%) in the oil mixture and (LA-KL) (%) in the surfactant mixture. The response variables were the nanoemulsions diameter (D) and transmittance variation at 7 days (ΔTrel). The nanoemulsion polydispersity index (PDI) is also shown. The final oil mixture content (5% w/w), surfactant content (10% w/w), and water content (85% w/w) were fixed.
