SPR analysis of losartan interaction with ACE2 protein. The interaction of losartan and ACE2 was analyzed with surface plasmon resonance, as described in Materials and Methods. The increasing amounts of losartan (0.6, 1.25, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160 µM) were run over the surface of a CM5 sensor chip with immobilized ACE2 protein. The results are presented as sensorgrams obtained after subtracting the background response signal from a reference flow cell and a control experiment with buffer injection.
