Immunoreactivity of degenerating MBP was increased in RR-EAE. Frozen cross sections of spinal cords from naïve (A–C), the resistant (relapse (−)) (D–F), and the RR-EAE (relapse (+)) mice (G–L) were stained with anti-MBP ((A,D,G,J), red) and anti-QD9 ((B,E,H,K), green) antibodies.
