TACSPEC: total anthocyanin content by spectrophotometry; TACHPLC: total anthocyanin content by HPLC; TAA: total acylated anthocyanins; TNAA: total non-acylated anthocyanins; TPC: total phenolics content. The full names of individual anthocyanin pigments (Cy3XG, Cy3XGG, Cy3XSGG, Cy3XFGG, Cy3XCGG) are presented in Table 2. Antioxidant capacity was estimated by four analytical methods (ABTS, FRAP, DPPH, and ORAC). *, **, *** indicate significant correlation at p < 0.05, p < 0.01, and p < 0.001, respectively.
