Fig. 5 — Resistance of HCC to lenvatinib is regulated by the lncRNA HOTAIRM1-miR-34a-beclin-1 axis. Knockdown of HOTAIRM1 increased miR-34a expression and reduced beclin-1 expression in lenvatinib-resistant Huh7-R (A) and HepG2-R (B) cells.
